I'm sure they had to stop several times during the day due to rain. I got off work around 530, and they were still working on the house. Around 930 p.m., they finished. The estimated cost was to be under $9,000, but the final invoice is close to $12,000.

If they can't follow through with communication then they're not reliable and more than. likely would be the same or worse had they secured the job.
