A&A Is Looking for a Motivated, Fast Paced Leader...
A&A is looking for a motivated, fast paced leader to fill the role of Office Manager // Administrator that’s not afraid to take charge and get the job done! This position requires a strong set of leadership skills, emotional intelligence and patience for leading customers and staff in the right direction. Ideal candidates will have previous management experience, preferably in the construction and home improvement industry. Requirements of this position include the day-to-day oversight of the operations of the office, sales staff and technicians/laborers in the field.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of previous management experience, the more the better
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent experience may be considered in lieu
- Ability to reliably commute to the office or a job site M-F
- Clean driving and criminal record
- Valid driver’s license
- Some experience managing teams in the roofing, construction and/or home improvement industries
